Colour Brochure
A key element of the marketing effort is a comprehensive colour brochure promoting the many features of your home. This involves taking detailed notes of your property including professionally shot interior and exterior photographs. If there is any information you would like to have included in the brochure, please be sure to notify Donald right away.
The professionally designed colour brochure will be completed within four to five business days of you signing the listing. Please take time to review the brochure, for any inaccuracies or errors. Anything mentioned in the brochure is deemed to be included unless specified otherwise as being excluded. Any revisions will be reflected on our next reprinting. Please call Donald if you need more brochures and allow two business days for reprinting.
Just listed cards are a great way to get out the word of your home presented on the market to attract family and friends of your neighbours who are seeking a home in your area. If necessary, Donald Boyer will mail out a just listed card showcasing your property. A unique postcard will be created and sent out to targeted houses within a certain geographical area for the listing.

MLS Services
After signing the listing, your property's information, together with full colour photographs and other attachments, will be broker-loaded onto the MLS computer system, which will show on the next available "Hot Sheet". Therefore, any listings signed on the weekend or holidays will not appear on the public MLS system until the next business day. Realtors have access to new listings 24 hours a day, so there is no delay in marketing your home. Buyers often will see your listing on realtor® .ca and then call for additional details. This is an invaluable cross-marketing tool.
Photography
Photography is the key element in any marketing approach you may wish to undertake in the marketing of your home. Buyers are driven by visual clues they perceive about properties and this in turn stimulates their buying interest. Even great properties can be overlooked by buyers if they are not presented well. Moreover, under-performing properties can gain a much needed boost by great photography and the right presentation.
Not satisfied with a few quick snap-shot quality pictures, Donald Boyers photographers carefully compose flattering pictures using top-drawer professional quality digital camera equipment, lighting and post processing to maximize the buying appeal in every photograph.
To go the extra step, we will reposition elements within a room that interfere with getting the best shots and then put them back after we leave. Every shot we take is colour corrected, perspective corrected and made ready for web site or print presentation, to ensure that "eye-popping" quality of magazine photography.
Signage
Marketing is important to us and an important tool used in selling your home is the use of a "For Sale" sign. The "For Sale" sign will be placed in a conspicuous location on your property and in some instances additional signs will be used to augment the main one on your property. This usually happens within one to two business days of you signing the listing. Once an offer is secured on your property, and all conditions have been waived(the sale is "firm"), the sign will be changed to "Sold".
We go the extra step in registering a unique domain name for your home. On the bottom of the sign a unique domain address will be displayed to give your potential buyers easy access to the listing.
